David DiLisio brings a lifetime of passion and enthusiasm for real estate and business to his brokerage business.  He has many years of experience in property investment, property development, and business ownership.  David has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses including a significant bottled water company which he operated for 25 years and a family fun center, which he built and still currently owns.   In addition to his business experience he has developed several properties and has owned and renovated several investment properties.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the North Shore Association of Realtors.

Personal Background

David is a graduate of Fordham University’s College of Business Administration with a dual major of Marketing and Management. He has a love of horses and has trained and shown American Quarter Horses, competing at a local, state and national level with great success. David also holds a first-degree black belt and is an avid gym enthusiast. As a member of Kernwood Country Club, he pursues his passion for golf. David enjoys walks in the woods and on the beach with his wife Karen, their son Luke, and their collie Brady.
